You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on DealXChange, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of DealXChange or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Reviews and Ratings

Review Guidelines

• Reviews must be based on actual experience
• Reviews must be honest, accurate, and not misleading
• You may not post fake or paid reviews

Review Removal

• We may remove reviews that violate these guidelines

10. Termination

Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Termination by DealXChange

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEALXCHANGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DealXChange and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our platform prior to the effective date of the changes.
